Unified Manufacturing Expands Into New 23,000 sq. ft. Facility After Rapid Growth in Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment

Los Angeles, CA — [January ] [1], [2025] — Unified Manufacturing, a long-established leader in media manufacturing and merchandise production, has announced its move from its Main Street location after three years of rapid expansion in print-on-demand and fulfillment services. The company has officially relocated into a new 23,000 square-foot facility in Los Angeles, marking one of the largest growth phases in its 35-year history.

This major expansion follows Unified Manufacturing’s significant investment—over $1 million—into two Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS systems, the newest generation of industrial direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. With these additions, Unified Manufacturing now offers printing capabilities that rival shops with 20+ years of traditional screen-printing experience, while delivering the speed, flexibility, and quality required for today’s on-demand production.

“Our business has evolved beyond what the old space could support,” said James Hill, owner of Unified Manufacturing. “We’ve doubled down on high-quality print-on-demand, jumbo-sized DTG, and fast-turnaround fulfillment, and the demand has outpaced our square footage. This move allows us to operate at the scale our clients need while keeping the quality Unified is known for.”

The new facility will serve as the company’s central hub for:

  • High-volume print-on-demand production

  • Jumbo and specialty DTG printing

  • Traditional screen printing

  • Tour merch fulfillment

  • Inventory management and logistics

  • Custom packaging and manufacturing

The Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS printers give Unified Manufacturing a competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded merch landscape. The machines deliver screen-print quality and color accuracy at on-demand speeds, allowing artists, creators, and brands to offer premium merchandise without committing to large inventory runs.

“This investment means we can offer the best of both worlds — the quality of screen printing with the efficiency and flexibility of digital,” Hill added. “We’re building the future of merchandise production right here in Los Angeles.”

Unified Manufacturing continues to provide vinyl pressing, CD/DVD replication, custom packaging, and tour merchandise services, while expanding its capabilities to meet the needs of modern artists and brands.
