When I first saw this CD<\/a> packaging, two things instantly came to mind- Archie comics and Casper the friendly Ghost<\/a> (the Movie).<\/p>\n

The floating guy (Roots Manuva) does look a bit like Chuck Clayton <\/a>from Archies, don’t you agree? And the mansion reminds me of Casper’s house with the red carpet and drapes.<\/p>\n

The man behind this\u00a0 intricate, comic-style artwork is the respectable, very talented Tony McDermott<\/em>.<\/p>\n

He is the designer behind many of the awesome illustrations on London-based reggae label, Greensleeves. Below are some of his works for Greensleeves and I must say I honestly love all of them.<\/p>\n

The album\u2019s wonderful artwork reflects the music in the CD-The album is filled with mostly electronic dub reggae vibes.<\/p>\n

The album is largely a series of re-works of Roots Manuva’s songs by a talented producer who goes by the name Wrong Tom. Duppy Writer<\/em> collects these new versions, offering new, dubbed out takes on classic Manuva tracks.<\/p>\n
