The holiday season is fast approaching and one of the best ways to spend it is by watching films. <\/span><\/p>\n

For the past months there have been tons of movie releases so you might want to discover some of that yourself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But if you\u2019re tired of the big movies from big production houses, we have here a list of badass indie films released this 2022. <\/span><\/p>\n

Another great thing about them is that they have equally badass blu-ray\/ DVD\/ media book packaging. <\/span><\/p>\n

So if you’re into movies and design, check this out!<\/span><\/p>\n

#1. EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE<\/b><\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The very first one on the list is A24\u2019s <\/span>Everything Everywhere All at Once<\/span><\/i> which was directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert.<\/span><\/p>\n

The film is a mix of action and comedy that tells the adventure of Evelyn, played by Michelle Yeoh, to find peace amidst the chaos. <\/span>This is one of the most successful films released this year so you wouldn\u2019t wanna miss watching it.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the physical release, <\/span>Everything Everywhere All at Once<\/span><\/i> had a 4K Blu-ray mediabook. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The packaging is adorned with a print of an artwork depicting the crazy adventure of the protagonist through space and time. <\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a cool packaging you will be proud to display at home.<\/span><\/p>\n

#2. CRIMES OF THE FUTURE<\/b><\/h3>\n

The sci-fi body horror film has the same name with David Cronenberg\u2019s 1970 film however, they are not related whatsoever.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2022 indie film, <\/span>Crimes of the Future<\/span><\/i>, is a David Cronenberg film about the future world of human evolution. <\/span><\/p>\n

This sinister film\u2019s 4K blu-ray<\/strong> release is one to behold with its blood red cloudy art design on the cover and the mysterious faceless black-clad person on the inner side.<\/span><\/p>\n

#3. NOPE<\/b><\/h3>\n

\"<\/p>\n

Nope<\/span><\/i> was released in Los Angeles on July 18.<\/span><\/p>\n

Four days later, on July 22, it was released in the United States. <\/span><\/p>\n

The film is about a discovered unidentified flying object which was discovered by two siblings running a horse ranch and was profited by a theme park owner.<\/span><\/p>\n

As you can see with the released 4K Ultra HD <\/b>Blu-ray<\/b>.<\/b> That sinister feeling can be felt from just looking at its packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aside from that, the map design on the inner packaging just adds to that mystery.<\/span><\/p>\n

#4. X<\/b><\/h3>\n

Another one from A24 is the slasher film titled <\/span>X<\/span><\/i>, written and directed by Ti West<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The film is about a group of people who stayed in an elderly couple\u2019s property while filming pronographic content unbeknown to the owners. And they find themselves threatened by a killer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The film is one hell of a slasher film, alright. The mediabook<\/strong> for <\/span>X<\/span><\/i> gives you the chills with the red and black overall color and the blank but crazed look on the woman.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a super awesome film with a super awesome mediabook that you would love to watch with friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

#5. DEATH ON THE NILE<\/b><\/h3>\n

\"<\/p>\n

The 1937 detective fiction novel by British writer Agatha Christie, <\/span>Death on the Nile<\/span><\/i>, was the basis for the screenplay by Michael Green.<\/span><\/p>\n

The film, with the same name, was released on February 11 this year as the sequel to the 2017 film <\/span>Murder on the Orient Express<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The mystery film had a physical copy release and much like its prequel. And the art cover is both classy and mysterious.<\/span><\/p>\n
