For example, typos may be overlooked if you&#8217;re in a rush.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One typo is okay\u00a0but having five is just unforgivable. Do not expect the printers to spell check for you because that is simply impossible for us to do. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We can&#8217;t check each work of each page of each project primarily because you are the only one who&#8217;s capable of knowing if the copy is correct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets-global.website-files.com\/64911cbf0b66d1799d1e5dc0\/649666011cbac5ca8b753be2_ezgif.com-gif-maker.png\" alt=\"CD Duplication and Replication Rush Services, Quick CD DVD Blu-ray  Turnaround Times, Turnkey Quick Service\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Whew! That&#8217;s just typo alone. There are many, many other things that could go wrong when doing things in a hurry. That time includes approval of materials, test\/sample prints, additional edits. Basically, room for error. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Most replication companies quote 1-2 days for CD replication but it only means the CD production alone. CD packaging printing, sample prints, etc may not be included in the quoted time.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"not-double-checking\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NOT DOUBLE CHECKING<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/DxxQP5HX4AAmdPs.png\" alt=\"Email Double-Check, double checking - thirstymag.com\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">CD duplication companies will ask you to check the\u00a0final materials\u00a0before they reproduce hundreds, if not thousands, of copies. Make sure you really check them or else you&#8217;d regret it terribly. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You don&#8217;t want to blame your designer or mastering engineer or any other person you hired because you thought you understood each other perfectly. What if they sent the wrong version? What if there are slight errors? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We couldn&#8217;t tell for sure that&#8217;s why we ask you to double check before we start printing. And then, we print a sample and send it over to you for another check. You MUST double check!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Solution:<\/span> Don&#8217;t be lazy. Sure, you&#8217;ve checked your content a million times before and it&#8217;s driving you nuts to listen to the whole thing one more time. Or you&#8217;re so fed up with reading and rereading the text in your packaging\/booklet, but that&#8217;s absolutely necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"not-giving-a-definite-deadline\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NOT GIVING A DEFINITE DEADLINE<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/v2\/resize:fit:960\/1*8shM1BL1jfMpMehIlP1-sQ.png\" alt=\"Deadline Management: How to Ensure Your Team Delivers on Time | by ProofHub  | ProofHub Blog\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Don&#8217;t just say ASAP because every project is ASAP. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Be clear when you need it and make sure you and the CD replication company agrees to it. Remember that these folks are getting too many e-mails a day.
