6-Panel DVD Digpack
Our 6 Panel DVD Digipak is the type of DVD packaging that is guaranteed to impress. If you want people to keep your DVD, choose this. Unlike the amaray case insert, your graphics will be printed directly on high-quality recycled chipboard and coated with AQ coating to make the cardboard durable. You have the option to choose between matte or glossy finish. You may also have your artwork embossed if you want.
But beauty is not all there is to our 6 Panel DVD Digipak! It cares for the environment, too. The panels of the Digipak are made from 100% post-consumer, recycled chipboard and the only thing that’s plastic is the DVD tray. Aside from that, it is printed with soy-based ink which is a more sustainable alternative to the standard petroleum-based ink. Lastly, we use 100% wind energy to manufacture your discs.
Package includes DVD manufacturing (DVD duplication or DVD replication), full-color printing on all panels, matte or glossy finish, and shrink wrap. We deliver 9-12 days after approval of files.

I only trust Unified Manufacturing to do my DVDs. I once hired a big-time duplicator to do my discs and they gave a print that’s 20% darker than what’s on the test print. Not only that, they delivered it two weeks late! Good thing
