What is customer in hand date?:
The count down for a when a customer can expect to get there project in hand
How does it work: If you have selected pre press, you will receive a proof of what your art work looks like either by email or by mail ( if you have chosen a hard copy proof version). We will ask you to approve the proofs.
Day zero is the day you approve the proofs and the on hand date is either 11 business days / 6 business days / 5 business days after. this date. These dates do not include national holidays. This is of course based on the production option you choose from the main site.Below are the examples of how each production option works below:
For example:
7- 10 business days,
If you have selected 7-10 business days for production, Day 0 is the day the customers approves the proof. Day 10 is the last day of production and Day 11 is the day customer can pick up the project from our office or we can ship.
Changing art work during this process will put the in hand date back.
4 production days,
If you have selected 4 business days for production, Day 0 is the day the customers approves the proof. Day 4 is the last day of production and Day 5 is the day customer can pick up the project from our office or we can ship.
Changing art work during this process will put the in hand date back.
3 business days,
If you have selected 3 business days for production, Day 0 is the day the customers approves the proof. Day 3 is the last day of production and Day 4 is the day customer can pick up the project from our office or we can ship.
